OKFOOD - Onigiri, Hello foodie, welcome back to my blog, Who doesn't know onigiri? Yeah, triangle rice food from Japan. This is not just food with nori (seawed). in the inside of the rice, there is a various thing, like tuna, chicken, or something wha' do you like.

Lets make an onigiri.
The Ingredients : 
  • Absolutely, Rice, but wait, mix the rice with a bit of sticky rice.
  • 1 pcs fillet of chicken breast (optional, you can change it with tuna or sausage or anything what you like, i like chicken, so i put a chicken). 
  • 1 tbs of butter. 
  • 2 garlics 
  • 1 tbs of soya sauce 
  • salt (optional) 
  • pepper 
  • and add mayoonnaise 
oke? next step? are you ready to make it? it take 30 minutes.
Lets make it!
STEP :
  • Cut the chicken fillet into a small cubes.
  • Chicken sauteed with butter and garlic until half cooked, add salt, pepper and soy sauce. 
  • Sauteed until cooked. Move to the container, wait until slightly cool, stir in mayonnaise. 
  • Take the new rice is cooked, place in a bowl, put a little salt, pepper and sugar. Stir well 
  • Cover your hands with heat resistant plastic / plastic gloves, pour a small amount of rice, please fill mayo chicken, cover again with rice. 
  • Fist with both hands until solid (BECAREFULL hot!), then after the solid shape of a triangle.
  • And Finally put the nori on one side. Onigiri ready to be eaten.
Yeah! you has made it! CONGRATULATION!. and now, ready to serve it, eat it with your lovely or your bestfriend.
