Hello guys, welcome back to my blog, tada, now i have some recipe from japanese. wait, i think not from japan, but from my mind. LOL, because this is my recipe about How To Make a Simple MAki Sushi. this is one of japanese food which i like. In my country Indonesian, this food is really expensive i think.

But Now i'll teach you how to make it, with simply, and course! CHEAP! Are you ready to make it? and Let's begin! Before you make it, you must have some ingredients, you need :
  • 540 grams of rice (japanese rice better than because the japanese rice is sticky).
  • 1 sheet nori*
  • 1/4 cucumber, and julienned.
  • 1 piece, chicken or beef of sausage.
  • and then omelet (no too thick).
  • Mayonaise***
And now lets make it!
  1. You must have sushi rollers, and put the rice on the sushi rollers.
  2. put the nori on the top of rice.
  3. Put the omelet on the top of nori, and then stacking the sausage and cucumber as well.
  4. Rolls the sushi using sushi rollers until the rice become solid.
  5. And then slice the sushi.
  6. And then yeah, sushi ready to serve!
TIPS :
You can eat it with mayonaise or wasabi**, and then you can add other ingredients, like you can add some kani****, or you can add some tuna or salmon.

PS :
* Nori is Dried seaweed.
** Wasabi is a Japanese plant with a thick green root that tastes like strong horseradish and is used in cooking, especially in powder or paste form as an accompaniment to raw fish.
*** You can add some ingredients what you like.
**** Kani is crabs.
